Please read the following information. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD). All appointment hours are Eastern Time (ET).
Fees, session length and operating hours
Please consider these arrangements before requesting a consultation.
Fees and payment
Counselling/psychotherapy is a fee-based service: CAD $200 per hour, with no HST. A typical two-hour session costs CAD $400. Services are not underwritten or offered pro bono; clients pay using their own funds.
Payments are made online through the link in the invoice James sends you. You may also arrange to pay by e-transfer.
Session length
Most sessions are approximately two hours long. There are occasional exceptions, but these are rare.
Days and hours
Tuesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Time (ET).
These are the usual appointment hours. If you need a different time, please discuss it with James; other arrangements may be possible. After you have completed the reading and enquiry steps, James will personally reach out to arrange your complimentary 15-minute Zoom consultation.
