Counselling is offered online only. To receive current fee information and the next steps, request information. The information email explains the fees before you decide whether to proceed with a free 15-minute Zoom consultation.

If you have extended health benefits, please check with your insurer whether services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist are eligible for reimbursement.

Payment and cancellation terms will be provided before counselling begins.
